Abington String Students Perform at Montgomery County Honors String Orchestra Festival

On November 18, thirty-one string students from Abington Junior and Senior High Schools represented Abington School District at the Montgomery County Honors String Orchestra Festival held at Upper Merion Middle School. This year, students from twelve school districts throughout Montgomery County were selected who exemplify musical and scholastic achievement in their perspective schools. Under the direction of Mrs. Helen Bottel, the festival concluded with a concert Friday evening for parents, family and friends.
