Pennsylvania School Boards Association President-Elect Presents at School Board Meeting

At last night’s School Board meeting, Mr. Mark B. Miller, President-Elect of the Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA), provided a brief presentation on behalf of the association as he visits many school districts across the state.  He said that Abington School District is one of his favorite districts to visit and he is pleased to return to his home school district and report on the projects we do here.  One of the goals of his visits is to look for key contacts in school districts.  He recognized Dr. Sichel for her many leadership innovations in Abington, thanked her for her work and for being an inspiration to other educators.  He presented a Pennsylvania School Boards Association Certificate of Appreciation to Dr. Sichel that states that the PSBA gratefully acknowledges the service of Dr. Sichel as a PSBA Key Contact and thanked her for her dedication and devotion toward public education advocacy.
