Last week, Copper Beech Principal Dr. Stephanie Viola was informed that Copper Beech is one of the first fifteen MILLION STICKER SCHOOLS this year in the First in Math program.
More than one million students in several thousand schools across the United States have been using the First in Math online program in classrooms and at home to learn and practice mathematics problems. Students earn “stickers” for their problem-solving successes in the program.
So far this year, only fifteen schools have achieved MILLION STICKER SCHOOL status. Robert Sun, the president of Suntex, the inventor of the 24(R) Game and creator of the First in Math program, sent a letter to the students at Copper Beech congratulating them on their achievement.
